What they're looking for
- Strong knowledge of recruiting coordination, recruiting administration, talent acquisition processes, and hiring workflows
- Understanding of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) concepts, requisition workflows, candidate status tracking, dispositioning, and recruiting data requirements
- Applied knowledge of interview scheduling, offer administration, pre-employment activities, candidate records, and onboarding transitions
- Practical understanding of recruiting compliance, candidate documentation, recordkeeping, confidentiality, and established hiring procedures
- Proficiency in evaluating recruiting workflows, scheduling conflicts, and process issues to identify appropriate solutions within established procedures
- Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
