- Advanced knowledge of quality assurance, quality engineering, manufacturing quality, and process improvement principles
- Expertise in quality management systems, inspection methodologies, product verification, process control techniques, quality planning, and risk-based quality management
- Experience applying quality procedures, inspection documentation, nonconformance reporting, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), audit processes, and quality reporting methodologies
- Knowledge of quality standards, root cause analysis methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), measurement systems analysis (MSA), process capability analysis, and continuous improvement principles
- Familiarity with internal auditing practices, manufacturing quality requirements, regulatory compliance expectations, and quality system governance
- Ability to evaluate quality trends, identify operational risks, and implement practical quality solutions that improve product quality, process capability, and manufacturing performance
