At Chainguard, Recruiting Operations is a critical function that enables us to scale thoughtfully while maintaining an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. The mission of RecOps is to design, optimize, and continuously improve the systems, processes, and data that power our end-to-end recruiting lifecycle.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience leading or executing complex Recruiting Operations or Talent Operations initiatives
- Deep hands-on experience with recruiting and/or HRIS technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or similar), including system configuration, integrations, and day-to-day use
- Strong operational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, prioritized execution plans
- Proven ability to analyze recruiting data, surface insights, and solve complex problems independently
- A track record of influencing cross-functional partners and stakeholders at multiple levels to drive outcomes
