About the role
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Professional Services team within Customer Success, working in direct partnership with our Public Sector customers. In this role, you will lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard in order to build secure software. You will embody our company value, “We are customer obsessed” by ensuring the customers are our top priority in the implementation and onboarding lifecycle.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients in the Public Sector
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications
- Strong experience in Kubernetes, Containers, and modern software security practices
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or CMMC
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to different audiences, from engineers to executives
- Continuous learner who has a strong intellectual drive for excellence and the desire to develop solutions to complex problems
