- 6+ years of experience supporting leadership-level employees (Director & above), ideally in a high-growth tech, aerospace, or defense environment
- Master multitasker with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Confident communicator, both in writing and verbally, able to craft polished executive materials and build rapport across audiences
- Comfortable navigating high-stakes, fast-moving situations with discretion and professionalism
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, experience with project management tools is a plus
