About the role
We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting Massed Modular Aircraft program across all lifecycle phases — from concept/development and design through qualification, production, fielding, and in-service/sustainment support. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of program scheduling experience, with direct exposure to defense/aerospace industry
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and EIA-748 EVMS guidelines
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across full program lifecycle — development through production and in-service/sustainment support
- Exposure to both defense (EVM/FAR-based) and commercial customer scheduling frameworks
