About the role
We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to own the infrastructure and logistics that power our hiring engine. You'll lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, drive process improvements, and ensure every touchpoint in the candidate journey is seamless and scalable. This role sits at the intersection of people, process, and systems and is critical to our ability to hire exceptional talent at speed. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a closely related field
- 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing coordinators or ops specialists
- Deep familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and recruiting tech stacks, hands-on experience with system administration and configuration
- Strong process orientation, you can identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and execute implementation end-to-end
- Experience designing or improving interview frameworks, scorecards, or structured hiring programs
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
