- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field and 7+ years of relevant experience

- Experience analyzing thermal performance of electronic components, circuit boards, or enclosures
- Ability to perform engineering hand calculations and assess when detailed simulation is needed
