About the role
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will contribute to production systems that power AI-driven workflows for healthcare providers. This role blends core software engineering with forward deployed problem-solving, giving you exposure to both building scalable internal platforms and developing practical, customer-facing solutions. You will work directly with healthcare providers to understand their unique challenges and translate them into practical, data-driven solutions using AI and machine learning.

- Proficiency and practical coding skills (Python and TypeScript), with a focus on delivering tangible results
- Solid understanding of common algorithms and data structures (e.g., arrays, linked lists, trees, hash tables) and practical ability to select and implement them appropriately
- Experience systematically isolating and diagnosing issues within code, leveraging debugging tools, log analysis, and stack traces effectively
- Ability to efficiently navigate unfamiliar codebases, understand architectural patterns, and contribute quickly to existing projects
- Practical knowledge of writing and running unit and integration tests to verify code correctness
- Adaptability and the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and concepts
