About the role
The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be responsible for creating a seamless, engaging, and efficient workplace experience at our San Francisco Office. This role is central to ensuring office operations run smoothly, budgets are effectively managed, and employees feel connected through thoughtfully planned events and engagement activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
What they're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities management, preferably in a fast-growing or multi-office environment
- Experience managing budgets, processing invoices, and vendor negotiations
- Proven ability to organize and execute engaging events and employee programs
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to partner effectively across People, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors
- Strong ownership and self-initiative, bias for action and continuous learning and improvement
