What they're looking for
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license, willingness to obtain licensure in additional target states (licensure support and costs covered)
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
- Board certification (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation preferred)
- Current Medicare enrollment (or eligibility) with no revocations, opt-outs, or payment suspensions
- Clean compliance profile: no OIG/SAM exclusions, no state board discipline, no material malpractice history
- Experience supervising NPs and/or serving as Medical Director in post-acute, SNF, home health, telehealth, or value-based care settings
