What they're looking for
- Monitor and manage the inbound lead queue, responding to new leads within the team's SLA
- Conduct initial outreach and gather basic information to support lead qualification and routing
- Log all lead activity in the CRM accurately and in a timely manner, including disposition, qualification notes, and next steps
- Route leads to the appropriate teammate, BD, or sales counterpart based on established criteria
- Support the team's data hygiene standards by keeping pipeline stages, cases, and records current
- Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to manage follow-up, prioritization, and prospect engagement
