That's this role. You are the connective tissue between world-class engineers and enterprise clients who need to understand what they're building and why it's working. When a PE sponsor asks what the last three months were worth, you have the answer.
What you own. The implementation, from kick-off to close. Milestones, stakeholder relationships, SteerCo agendas, change management, and the business case that translates delivery into language a CFO or investor can use. You're running the client check-in in the morning, synthesizing engineering output into an executive brief by noon, and building the value measurement framework before the week ends. As the practice scales, you build the processes and playbooks that make the next engagement faster than this one.
