- Asist in customer security audits, showing evidence of Splunk security controls
- Support security conversations representing Splunk’s security in meetings with current and prospective customers
- Manage feedback and observations from customers, and engage with partners, where appropriate, to determine applicable actions and monitor resolution
- Develop customer facing documentation that represent Splunk security controls
- Maintain deep knowledge of Splunk’s products and security information, collaborating with key partners and experts across Splunk
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to continuously mature the service to more effectively support Sales in shortening the sales cycle, and meet customer expectations
