About the role
We're looking for our first product hire beyond our Head of Product. Roundtable's product surface has grown quickly: collaborative spaces, a CRM, Documents, Forms, Events, and an AI layer running across all of it. You'll take ownership of a meaningful slice of it, working alongside an engineering manager and a pod of engineers.

- Excellent communication - You can articulate a product vision and the tradeoffs behind it to diverse audiences including customers, engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams
- Fluency with metrics and experimentation - Use data to test ideas, learn from user feedback, and iterate quickly
- Hands-on AI experience - You've built agents, prototypes, or AI-powered workflows yourself. You consistently and creatively apply AI to improve your own product processes
