- 6+ years of experience in progressive politics
- Experience building and scaling a product, business, or revenue stream in an entrepreneurial environment, including navigating ambiguity, limited resources, and evolving priorities to achieve meaningful growth
- A track record of successfully scaling a business, product, or revenue stream from an early stage to $5M+ in annualized revenue
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience developing trusted partnerships with campaigns, state parties, C3/C4 organizations, or other stakeholders within the political ecosystem
- Experience selling to political organizations and understanding their needs, decision-making processes, and buying cycles
