About the role
Clarium is looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into decisions. You'll partner with teams across the business to answer their hardest questions, building the queries, models, and dashboards that show what's actually happening and why. This role is a strong fit for someone who is equally comfortable writing a complex SQL query, cleaning a messy dataset in Python, and explaining the result to a non-technical stakeholder without jargon.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of professional experience in an analytics, data, or business intelligence role
- Strong proficiency in SQL — comfortable with joins, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization against large tables
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis (e.g. pandas, NumPy, Jupyter)
- Hands-on experience working with relational databases, PostgreSQL and Snowflake strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Git for version control — branching, pull requests, and collaborating on a shared codebase
- Demonstrated ability to work independently — scoping your own analyses from a vague business question, and proactively identifying what's worth investigating without being handed a spec
