The Safety Engineer is responsible for creating a culture of care while enforcing Clark's Safety and Health Policy, as well as local and federal safety standards on job sites. This role participates in safety education in partnership with project supervisors to develop safe work plans for all phases and tasks. To us, no project is successful unless it is built safely.

Responsibilities
Drive the Clark safety culture on a project
Oversee and ensure the safety of employees, trade partners, and the general public
Enforce corporate and project-specific safety and health programs as well as federal, state, and local safety standards
Identify known or potential exposures and recommend corrective action
Develop, coordinate, and implement overall project-specific safety programs
Partner with field supervision to ensure safety hazard mitigation measures are included in the planning of project construction activities
