About the role
You will build a best-in-class web experience for sophisticated retail traders on a new, AI-native active trading platform You will ship core active trading workflows: order entry, positions/holdings, blotter/activity, watchlists, alerts, and high-information-density views
What they're looking for
- At least Eight (8) years of experience and strong proficiency with any programming language, strong TypeScript/React proficiency preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and practical UI engineering (performance, state management, component architecture)
- Experience building complex, data-dense product surfaces (dashboards, analytics UIs, trading-like workflows, or similarly high-stakes UX)
- Ability to work with stakeholders to develop product ideas, design the implementation, and deliver end-to-end
- High degree of self-motivation and willingness to jump into unfamiliar areas to solve problems
