About the role
As Director of Product Management, you'll define the multi-year strategy for the ClickHouse Cloud platform. You'll lead the product direction for foundational cloud capabilities such as multi-region replication, distributed query execution, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, storage architecture, and release management working closely with Engineering leadership to ensure ClickHouse Cloud continues to scale with the needs of our customers.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience defining strategy for cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, or database products
- Demonstrated ability to influence product direction across multiple engineering teams and drive large cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern data infrastructure
- Comfortable working at both strategic and technical levels, partnering closely with senior engineering leaders on architectural decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, executives, customers, and external audiences
- Strong understanding of SQL, query execution, indexing, partitioning, and database performance optimization

Coach and mentor Product Managers across adjacent platform areas, helping drive prioritization, resolve cross-team dependencies, and maintain a cohesive platform strategy.
