About the role
Own platform-native social strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels: define what ClickUp's voice, format, and engagement approach looks like on each, tailored to what works on that platform Develop and execute content and engagement strategies that drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and audience quality
What they're looking for
- 5-7+ years in social media strategy with demonstrated expertise in platform-native content and engagement strategy (you know what works on X vs. LinkedIn vs. TikTok and why)
- Proven track record of growing social presence with strategic intent: not just posting more, but understanding the mechanics of each platform and exploiting them
- Strong creative taste and editorial instinct for what resonates on social: you can look at a piece of content and know whether it'll hit before it goes live
- 2+ years building AI-powered systems and automated workflows to scale social execution (monitoring, engagement, response, distribution). Using ChatGPT to draft captions is not sufficient
- Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, custom), and can deploy integrations between systems without an engineer
- Strong strategic thinker who takes things from 0 to 1 independently: vision to execution, measurable outcomes, zero hand-holding
