About the role
Clipboard is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help build and run the systems behind our sales organization. You'll work across Salesforce, data, automation, and internal tools to help our sales team operate more effectively. That might mean building an automation that eliminates a recurring workflow, investigating a messy data problem, redesigning part of our Salesforce setup, or building a new system from the ground up.
What they're looking for
- Evidence of building. You've built scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions to real problems
- AI-native working style. You already use AI to multiply your output and understand where it can fail and how to verify its work
- High judgment under ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem, figure out what matters, and know when to act versus when to ask
- Strong attention to detail. You're comfortable being the last line of defense before changes affect production systems and large datasets
- Bias to ownership. When something you own breaks, you don't just fix the immediate issue. You look for the underlying problem and improve the system
- SQL and Python experience are strong pluses, but we're more interested in your curiosity, judgment, and ability to ship than checking every technical box
