About the role
Own every stage of the cycle: outbound, discovery, demo, pilot, procurement, negotiation, and close, post-close touchpoints. Generate your own pipeline through outbound, conferences, referrals, and relationships in the law enforcement community.
What they're looking for
- Co-lead pilots and POCs that convert frontline users into champions
- Manage CRM hygiene, deal documentation, and transparent communications
- Build and maintain a trusted group of decision-makers across police departments, sheriffs' offices, prosecutors’ offices, and federal LEOs
- Identify and prioritize the agencies most likely to benefit from Closure
- Bring the voice of the customer back to product and engineering—the roadmap will be shaped by what you hear in the field
- Represent Closure at conferences nationwide (IACP, major chiefs and sheriffs associations, and regional conferences
