Develop and maintain backend services, APIs and integrations that support customer journeys and product growth.
Build and evolve AI agents for acquisition, customer interactions and product adoption.
Implement the logic and integrations behind new offers, referral programs, subscriptions and product launches.
Design and run experiments across the customer lifecycle, defining hypotheses, success metrics and criteria for scaling.
Use SQL and customer data to understand behavior, identify opportunities and measure the impact of your work.
Own delivery from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment and monitoring.
