Reporting to the Head of the Video Production Hub, you will lead the production team and own the operational and administrative processes behind CloudWalk’s video productions, from everyday social content to major advertising campaigns.
You will connect creative and production teams with Finance, Legal and Procurement, building reliable workflows for budgets, contracts, payments and compliance.
Manage production budgets, forecasts, payment schedules and financial reconciliations, maintaining visibility into committed and actual costs.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure vendors and crew are properly onboarded, contracted and paid.
Coordinate production contracts and usage rights for talent, music, footage, locations and other assets, tracking media, territory, usage periods and renewals.
Coordinate ANCINE registrations, CRT applications and renewals, CONDECINE obligations, applicable SINDCINE requirements and filming permits.
Manage production insurance with internal teams, brokers and production partners, ensuring appropriate coverage and documentation.
