In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable business from an assigned group of brokers and partnering closely with our Sales organization. - 8+ years of underwriting experience, including deep experience in cyber and Technology E&O and sustained success in complex production underwriting roles
- Demonstrated experience underwriting large/enterprise accounts (~$1B+ revenue) and managing a profitable book
- Expertise in analyzing complex cyber and Technology E&O risks and understanding their impact on underwriting, pricing, and portfolio outcomes
- Ability to combine deep underwriting expertise with broker and client needs to craft creative solutions and explain rationale credibly at senior levels
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect individual account decisions to broader portfolio, P&L, and market objectives
- Significant experience mentoring underwriters and influencing underwriting culture, standards, and operating practices
