About the role
In the role of Senior Technical Product Manager , you will shape the strategic product vision, steer live initiatives, and spearhead 0-to-1 feature development to drive business ROI across Cobalt’s Autonomous and Continuous Pentesting portfolio. You will conduct deep product discovery, instill scalable PM leadership practices, and redefine how continuous, autonomous offensive security is delivered to modern enterprises. - Proven track record in continuous product discovery, conducting user research, and validating continuous or automated security offerings
- Experience driving autonomous or continuous or security solutions, vulnerability management platforms, or related enterprise offensive security offerings
- Strong proactive leadership capability with a willingness to challenge processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate operational friction
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical teams, leadership, and external customer audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re great at explaining highly technical topics to technical and non technical audiences, with a talent for building empathy for user problems
