- 10+ years in growth or demand-generation leadership, including experience owning a company-level growth number
- A track record scaling B2B SaaS, ideally with both self-serve/PLG and sales-assisted motions
- Deep fluency in lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, conversion-rate optimization, attribution, and growth analytics
- Experience marketing technical products to developers, engineering leaders, or security/IT buyers
- Strong judgment about channel quality: you know the difference between attention, intent, and revenue
