- 5+ years of experience building and scaling complex SaaS products
- Strong backend experience with Python and Postgres
- Solid front-end experience, ideally with React and TypeScript
- Proven ability to ship high-quality features from design to production in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills—able to partner with product and non-technical stakeholders, surface key insights, and bring others along in decision-making
