About the role
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office and help make Coframe an exceptional place to work. You will ensure the workplace is organized, functional, and ready for the team while supporting equipment, supplies, onboarding, events, travel, and other operational projects. We are looking for someone who anticipates needs, takes ownership, and creates the systems that will help our workplace scale.

- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, resourceful approach to solving unfamiliar or time-sensitive problems
- Clear, professional communication with employees, executives, visitors, building management, and external vendors
- Comfort working independently and creating structure in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, calendars, and modern workplace tools
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
