About the role

As a Field Marketer at Cognition, you will bring our go-to-market strategy to life through high-impact, high-touch experiences that drive pipeline, strengthen executive relationships, and accelerate enterprise adoption of Devin and Windsurf. Our event calendar includes owned conferences, executive summits, forums, third party conferences, and uniquely creative gatherings that only Cognition could host.

What they're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in field marketing for technical or enterprise software companies
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure complex programs tied directly to revenue outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills—you instinctively bring Sales, Product, and Marketing teams into alignment
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high expectations for quality and speed
  • Ability to communicate technical products clearly and credibly to senior engineering and business leaders
  • A track record of running multiple programs simultaneously with precision and strong attention to detail
