About the role
Lead specification, high-level design and delivery of a full tokenized securities venue platform and its integration into Talos, inclusive of all key elements Direct technical product management and Engineering, both dedicated project resources and cross-team dependencies, to ensure rapid, coordinated delivery of the new product Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Experience leading complex capital markets technology projects at banks, brokerages, asset managers, fintechs or FMIs
- Demonstrated track record of product ownership working with internal and external stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of capital markets across the life of the trade trading, financing, risk management and trading controls, clearing and settlement, etc.) and ability to think critically about what changes and what stays the same with tokenized assets
- Experience developing crypto or tokenized asset trading, portfolio, clearing & settlement products and demonstrated knowledge of blockchain networks and DeFi
- Effective collaboration cross-functionally and cross-product to drive project success in a fast-changing environment
