About the role
Serve as a peer lead during assigned shifts by helping coordinate day-to-day data collection work, supporting and coaching teammates, answering questions, and escalating issues as needed to keep the team running smoothly. Manipulate robotic arms to perform a variety of assigned tasks while collecting accurate, high-quality data used to support AI and robotics development.
What they're looking for
- Must be 18 years of age or older. This is an ideal role for recent STEM university graduates, or students enrolled in a STEM-related degree program
- Demonstrated interest in robotics and/or engineering through school, personal projects, clubs (FIRST, VEX, Science Olympiad, etc.), or hobby work
- Demonstrated experience leading a shift or team (e.g., shift lead, key holder, or peer coach/trainer) in retail, food service, or a similar fast-paced setting
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with others
- Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team

This role is located at our Seattle, WA office. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
The role is full-time, with working hours between 8 AM and 4 PM PT or with working hours between 4 PM - 11 PM PT, Monday through Friday, depending on the candidate’s availability and business needs.
