- Strong experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks. ( Next.js and Tailwind experience is a plus!)
- A deep care for design, usability, and accessibility — you see frontend engineering as product design
- The ability to translate complex, technical concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Comfort working across the stack when needed, with a passion for owning the frontend experience
- A track record of shipping high-quality features quickly while maintaining technical rigor in complex systems
- Motivation to work in an early-stage startup where your contributions directly shape both product and culture
