- Identify and validate customer pain points that are ripe for agent-based automation
- Own the AI-first product strategy: leverage LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, and tool use to craft intelligent workflows
- Design and evaluate product concepts with agentic behavior, personalization, and embedded intelligence
- Create and test AI-driven prototypes, either hands-on or with the support of forward-deployed engineers
- Drive quick iteration cycles using real customer feedback, eval metrics, and qualitative insights
- Build a repeatable framework to test and prioritize use cases and agent behaviors
