About the role
This role requires compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (collectively, “Export Control Laws"). Any offer of employment will be contingent on the need for compliance with such Export Control Laws.

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 7+ years of professional experience performing finite element analysis with multi-disciplinary teams in a product development environment
- Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of computational structural mechanics, including non-linear materials, plasticity, fatigue, solver convergence, and contacts
- High self-motivation and personal accountability in decision-making and team supervision
- Strong leadership acumen, adept at embracing challenges with minimal oversight
- Excellent problem-solving and creative capabilities
