As a member of the CFS Supply Chain Operations Team, this manager is responsible for assisting the department in meeting company objectives through warehouse and materials management. Operating within a high-tempo, rapidly evolving research and manufacturing environment, this position demands an engaged, hands-on leader focused on active process ownership, cross-functional alignment, and floor-level operational oversight.
What they're looking for
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years combined experience in Material Handling, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving
- Minimum of 5 years experience in ERP functionality
- Minimum of 2 years direct supervisor experience managing floor-level personnel
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Exceptional understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
