- Own end-to-end onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and risks throughout
- Set and maintain client expectations — communicating changes proactively, surfacing issues early, and keeping projects moving through shifting priorities
- Hold clients and internal stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines without damaging the relationship
- Navigate changing requirements while maintaining project momentum and delivering successful outcomes
- Configure application settings, workflows, and platform options to meet each client's functional and reporting needs
- Support data imports and validate data setup to ensure a clean, accurate go-live
