We're looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to own the full development lifecycle of learning content that serves both internal employees and external clients of Momentive Software. In this role, you'll build engaging , scalable eLearning, video, and blended learning experiences for these audiences within Momentive Academy and Momentive University .
The core focus of the role is to develop technical training for software, translating complex product functionality into clear, engaging learning experiences that help users and employees get the most out of Momentive's platform. You'll independently apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to make sound design decisions with minimal oversight, managing concurrent projects from storyboard through production, QA, and deployment. You'll navigate feedback and revision cycles with confidence, and collaborate effectively with SMEs, project managers, and stakeholders at every level to deliver high-quality outcomes for a diverse range of learners.
