About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Compa, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our most sophisticated prospects, landing the world’s largest companies on the value of live compensation market data, then consult on expanding the teams that are ready to dive into our AI Agents.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience selling technology into large mid-market or enterprise accounts
- A track record of building your own pipeline
- The ability to run your own meetings and earn the trust of skeptical, data-driven expert buyers
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including confident live demo delivery
- Comfort operating in a startup environment with lean resources
