About the role

As Executive Assistant at Compa, you’ll be a trusted partner to our CEO and a key force behind keeping the executive team organized, focused, and moving quickly. You’ll help turn priorities into action and make sure the right people, information, and resources are connected at the right time. In this role, you’ll have a meaningful impact on how Compa gets work done.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as an Executive Assistant to a C-Level executive or in a comparable role
  • Must be onsite in Irvine, California a minimum of 4 days per week
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
