Conduit Health is looking for an exceptional Strategy and Operations leader to join the Office of the CEO and help build the organization behind one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies in New York. You’ll work directly with the CEO and own some of the company’s most important priorities around talent, organizational strategy, and company building. We’re looking for a high-impact operator who wants to help build an exceptional company and team from the ground up.
What they're looking for
- 2–7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, strategy & operations, or an exceptional high-growth startup
- Extremely high ownership, judgment, and attention to detail
- An exceptional communicator who is comfortable working directly with senior executives
- Excited by recruiting, talent, and building organizations—but fundamentally think of yourself as a business operator
- Thrive in fast-moving environments with high expectations and significant responsibility
- Comfortable being hybrid in our NYC office 3 days/week
