About the role
We're building the operating system for CPG brands, covering demand planning, finance, accounting, and sales in one platform. Design here means owning real surface area across a complex, interconnected product, not shipping buttons in isolation. We're a small team that moves fast, communicates directly, and sweats the details. You'll work closely with product and engineering to define not just what things look like, but how the whole experience fits together.
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience across both design and front-end engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or complex workflow products
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking, polished craft, and the ability to make hard problems feel simple
- Track record of seeing large, ambiguous projects through from zero to shipped
- Active use of tools like Cursor and Claude Code, with clear opinions on how to get high-quality output from them
- A strong eye for design, with deep care for layout, motion, affordances, and visual polish
- Direct communication style, you influence through the quality of your thinking, not org chart position
