About the role
We're looking for a part-time Office Manager to own one half of our day — either the morning or the evening — and make sure our office runs smoothly, warmly, and without anyone having to think about it. We work a long day here, so we run two Office Manager shifts that hand off cleanly in the middle of the day. You'd own your half completely: the space, the food, the front desk, the vibe — while your counterpart owns the other. You overlap for a 30-minute handoff each day, and you back each other up.
What they're looking for
- Experience in office management, hospitality, front-of-house, or a similar coordination-heavy role
- Reliable and punctual — your shift depends on you being there
- Comfortable managing a space and multiple small workstreams independently
- Friendly, proactive, and genuinely enjoys making a workplace feel good to be in
- Strong communicator — you'll be handing off context to a teammate every single day
- Able to commit to a consistent shift schedule, five days a week
