About the role
You will work directly with leading CPG brands to transform how they run their retail business. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, customer success, and product, you’ll own key customer relationships while shaping the evolution of the Confido platform. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to turn real-world workflows—like forecasting, trade spend, and financial planning—into scalable software used across our customer base.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or CPG finance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- High ownership mindset with ability to execute end-to-end
- Willingness to work in-office in NYC 5 days/week
