- Work with Confluence Health’s clinical, operational, IT, information security, compliance, legal, finance and administrative teams to translate selected opportunities into actionable implementation plans
- Define project scope, milestones, workstreams, responsibilities, dependencies, decision points, risks and measures of success
- Build and maintain project plans and status-tracking tools for active pilots and implementations
- Coordinate participating vendors and internal stakeholders throughout contracting, technical preparation, workflow design, testing, training, go-live and post-launch support
- Partner with Confluence Health’s Epic and application teams when projects involve clinical workflows, data exchange, interfaces, reporting or electronic health record integration
- Help technology partners understand and adapt to the operational, clinical and technical requirements of a regional healthcare system
