- Partner with Finance & Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans, organizational growth, and workforce planning initiatives
- Analyze people data and trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders
- Lead employee relations activities, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of workplace concerns while fostering a positive employee experience
