- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products
- You have a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes
- Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with strong product instincts and attention to detail
- Experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through to shipped experiences
- Comfortable using AI, code and modern design tools to explore, iterate and build quickly
- High ownership, strong communication and the confidence to push work forward without waiting for a perfectly defined brief
