About the role
As a Sales Director at Conveo, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from building pipeline to closing enterprise deals and expanding accounts. You’ll partner directly with the founders to refine our go-to-market strategy while landing and growing some of the world’s biggest brands. This is a high-impact role where you’ll navigate complex orgs, multi-stakeholder deals, and long sales cycles ($45K-$500K+), selling into industries like CPG, Pharma, Tech, and Financial Services .
What they're looking for
- 5–15 years of enterprise sales in SaaS, Martech, or Market Research
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ACV $75K+) with long sales cycles
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
- Great if you have a strong network or background in market research, insights, or consulting
- High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win
- Excellent communication skills — active listener, persuasive storyteller, and trusted advisor
