About the role
As the first BizOps hire, you'll own the operational backbone of Conversion. That means leading our business operations, owning company finances, and execution on the legal and administrative side. You'll work directly with the founders and touch nearly every part of the business. Manage company finances, including understanding runway, tracking spend, and making the company more cost-efficient

- Communicate clearly across very different stakeholders, from candidates to vendors to investors, and pride yourself on quickly earning trust
- Have strong analytical instincts and are comfortable working with financial data

Manage company finances, including understanding runway, tracking spend, and making the company more cost-efficient
Handle legal and administrative operations: vendor contracts, office agreements, procurement paperwork, and new hire documentation
